Good News

NB's trip was cancelled, so our Tuesday night plans are back on! And when I told him I was glad that I'd get to see him, he said, "Me too. It's been too long already."

Hooray!

(how junior high is this post?)

Yay! Way cool!

Jr high post is ok. Thank goodness no braces are involved this time around. :-P

Clothes are highly overrated. No need. :o)

I'm interested in what the plans are as well...

He's still going to Seattle on Wed. Just the work trip got cancelled.

Sorry, Walter, I don't watch it! Anyone else?

Oh, and the plan is I'm going to his place, and we're walking somewhere for dinner. And we just chatted for over 2 hours, and it was like, the best :O) (go junior high!!!!)

Going to bed happy. Such a nice turn of events.

Oh and one more thing. I didn't bring up the fact that he didn't call yesterday, but he did. He said that something crazy happened at work, and he spent his entire train ride on the phone with the client trying to fix it. and he added, "That's why I didn't call you like I promised I would."

Please don't let him find this blog and realize he's dating a 13 year old!

a 13 year old with many "13 year old" friends! :o)

Oh, I'm so glad!! I know what you mean about this all feeling so junior high-ish. I've also thrown myself into a tizzy when I didn't get a promised call...only to find out later that yep, there was also a good reason. If you haven't read it already, DON'T read "He's Just Not That Into You." YOUR gut is a much better indicator. NB sounds like a great guy, and I hope you have a fantastic time tomorrow night! You sound like a priority in his life already. Love ya!! (p.s. Don't do anything I wouldn't do...ha ha ha ha ha)

I love your junior high post. This kind of stuff just brings you back there.

As far as 2 walt, a little too young. :)

Sounds like a nice date, my favorite dates are walking ones. (When you walk to a nice restaurant, then walk to a cool place to hang out, etc.)

I have to agree with K in Texas about going with your gut.

We all still have that JR High monster lurking within us. The more you resist it, the stronger it will become and the more confused you will be. You should summon and embrace the JR High monster. Go throw on some acid washed jeans and a matching denim jacket, put a "scrunchie" in your hair and wrap your arms around a Trapper Keeper. Everything will become more clear.

Owen, Thanks for the flashback. I actually thought I was there for a minute... :o)

The Trapper Keeper did it for me...and the jean jacket is a whole other story.
