It sort of looks like puppy pink eye. Sorry, but I would take her in. I know that is not what you want to hear.
My friend from widow group has diagnosed her. (she's a vet) She has a prolapsed gland of the third eyelid. http://www.thepetcenter.com/gen/ce.htmlI need to get cream for her eye, and then probably surgery.Meanwhile, it is so gross!
