eharmony has given me seven new matches. All of them are named Joe. What do you make of that? I know Joe is a common name, but that is a bit bizarre, right?
this is no joke. I also have 3 matches named Tim, which seems a bit odd as well. But 7 Joe's is crazy! Oh, and Kelly, none of them have pics, so I closed them up. There's always a reason someone doesn't have a pic on a dating site, and it's usually not a good one!
macguffin, I get a lot of matches, but rarely do they go anywhere. Usually don't even go through first round of questions. Last fall I went on two dates with a guy from eharm named Joe. It was too strange for me, so it didn't continue. Now I automatically close out Joe's.

LOL. I should add that I have 17 matches. But still, 7 Joe's all lined up together (they list the names alphabetically) is pretty nuts.

Wow, I don't think I could list 7 Joe's I've ever met! That does seem odd.
Lotta Joes in my family, actually, but that's b/c of the familial patriarchy. They all owe their Joe to my great-grandfather.
But 7 on eHarm? I've never had 7 anybodys on there, although in these parts I might find myself faced with 8 Kates.
