Can You Spell P-r-o-c-r-a-s-t-i-n-a-t-i-o-n?
I certainly can. What have I procrastinated doing recently? here's a little list:
my taxes
cleaning my bedroom
taking care of my father in law's:
funeral bill
apartment
car
probate
paying my bills
folding/sorting/doing laundry
training my dog
Things I finally stopped procrastinating:
sending off Gulliver
He's finally in the mail and should arrive at Pentha's on Thursday

I understand procrastination. As a matter of fact, I could write a book about it. I think getting stuff done is actually overrated...
i don't know if you'd call that procrastination or just being super busy with two sons, school and teaching? One thing at a time.
When I want to feel a little better about what I "got done" throughout the day, I sit down and write a long list of things I need to do (which might seem like a really organized thing to do, but as a fellow procrastinator, you know...making a list is just another time filler thing to do before you actually start the things you need to do) Anyways, I make sure I add some things to my list that I have already done...then just start crossing off those things. Just looking at that list with crossed off things on it makes me feel better! (I make sure I really scribble over those things I did do, because if anyone were to look closely, they would see things like "Brush teeth" and "Pack Manny a lunch")
Anyways, hope you are doing well - do you watch Dancing with the Stars? I do and I can't wait to see what kind of moves Heather Mills will come up with (maybe you don't watch and you don't know what I am talking about...) Just thought I'd ask...also, I think today was the day you said your sis was getting induced - if she hasn't yet, have her try REFLEXOLOGY...my sister is trained in it and has put more than one preggo into labor (including myself) - it is way better (and obviously way more natural) than induction! Anyways, hope you have a great labor and birth if you are reading! One last thing to add...I think Arkie has the chicky pox! I exposed him on purpose, but now he has the rash, I am a little nervous. I will let you know how that goes. Well, I guess I'll let you go here - I should have just emailed you! Talk to ya'
Love, G
Gina,
I love when you post. You crack me up every time. Keep me updated on Arkie! It will be great if he has chicken pox. I really think that's the best form of immunization.
I started to spell procrast... but I got bored halfway and...
What is ironic is the labels for this post reads like this:
Gulliver, Pentha, Procratination
Do you really know how to spell that word?
...ination
lol! I guess I should fix it!
I was just thinking of your sister this morning and wanted to wish good vibes her way! Keep us posted on Miss Sophia's (Sophie?) arrival.
I am so with you on the procrastinating thing.. :)
And, do keep us posted on the baby and mom...
It's Thursday, and still no Gulliver. Waaaahhhh! I really NEED him!
:O( Sorry. He really should be there!
p.s. Pentha,
Your blog is not allowing comments right now. Tried to leave you one there. Hang in there. Things will get better.
Hmmmm... it's taking comments now. I tested it while logged off.
