What's For Dinner?
Not only am I baking again
I'm also cooking again
It's fun, cooking for a whole family
My sister got me a new cookbook
and T and I agreed to go through it
and cook every recipe
(or most every recipe)
So far we have made chili, pasta with broccoli, chicken noodle casserole, shepherd's pie, and the most amazing stuffed chicken breasts
I keep meaning to take pictures
it's all been so good

yes, cooking. I am doing that too. Mixed feelings on the domesticity front but I am not as bad at it as I feared I would be.
What cookbook is it? I'm always on the look out for a good one.
Can you share the stuffed chicken recipe? I got the WW one, you suggested this summer, for Christmas and we're enjoying it.
The cookbook is Cook's Country 2006. It was the free gift that came along with the gift subscription that my sister got me. Everything in it is sooo good. Jenn, I'd be happy to share the chicken recipe. It was easy and delicious.
