I finally had my hair cut
it had been almost eight months!
While she was at it,
I had her blow it out straight
It will last for a few days.
Oh how I envy straight haired girls.

edited to add: here is a second picture due to comments. Is this one better?

Is this supposed to be what your hair looks like to the birds up in a tree?

Commenters: If you agree this is a less than perfect picture to clearly depict a new haircut, berate B. If you disagree, I do not care for your opinion :)

Glad you like your haircut

lol! It's hard to take a picture of myself! T is not home, and lord knows that by tomorrow it will be ruined. Should I try again? Take the picture out?

It's sometimes like a blog within a blog in the comments section... I don't think its at all worthy of berating. However even though you strangely take your best pictures from this angle, its hard to see in this one.

Should I remove it?

Ooh la la hot mama!
Just so you know, we straight haired girls envy you curly haired girls too.
On a side note, is haired even a real word? It just looks odd.

Having one's hair blown straight is the biggest treat. I do that every so often and as a curly head myself, totally get where you are coming from.

Have to agree with BCA--it is practically the same picture... can't you put the camera on timer on a desk or tv or something and try again? Or ask a kid to help? I suspect the hair looks nice but I can't tell from these pix!

And I am one who straightens my hair even though its normal state is much less curly than B's. Love that smooth feel

BCA is right about it being the same picture...lol.

It looked great today. I like the color!

It always cracks me up when someone with beautiful curly hair (that would be YOU, B) blows it out straight. I have straight hair and spent most of my teens and twenties paying massive amounts of money trying to have curly hair.

Now I spend massive amounts of money trying to come to terms with my straight hair...just kidding. I do love your curly hair, though. It looks good straight too. As long as you're happy...*sigh*
