If at first you don't succeed....

I rejoined weight watchers today
and I just got off the very neglected
elliptical machine in my room
I must get my body back

Good for you.

I keep thinking I should rejoin Weight Watchers but then I think of the logistics of organising that and then I tell myself that I know what I have to do and then I keep not doing what I have to do and I keep not joining Weight Watchers.....

So, hurrah for you B!

I'm doing it online. Not as good as going for meetings, but a start, and logistically possible.

I'm with you... now in week 2. I tried their frozen meals for lunch and they're not half bad. I've never eat a frozen meal before. It's helped to make an easy choice for lunch, especially with getting out the door in the morning. Good luck can't wait to hear about your progress!
